i am holder of samsung s5610t, for internet is concern very poor and other features are not user friendly.i am not happy for this piece

Bought S5610 on 26/07/2012.The charge of the battery even when not in use finishes off in 4-5 hours, When contacted the dealer his comment was deadly.To quot"Pl use the phone for 15 days under new technology the battery takes that much time to settle down"
Any body fom the company would like to comment on this new technology

From the the time I have bought this phone i have an issue of handset switching off itself especially when travelling. The service provided by Samsuny service centre is also worst.

when i connect this phone to PC...
getting 460.8 kbps connection...
getting downloading speed 20-25 kbps speed...
need help to connect 7.2 mbps phone modem to PC...
is there any secret code to select 3g modem in phone...???

Wh... moreokay..!! yu are running with the EDGE connection right now..!! to obtain the so called 7.2 Mb/s you have to subscribe the 3G data.. make sure you have a 3G network and 3G pack subscribed..!!
