I think these bad reviews about the screen breaking are jokes. My wife has this phone and loves it. None of those other problems with dropped calls and texts. And we have dropped it. Kicked, Dropped it in water, Still works just fine, NOt ONE scratch

Don't buy this phone or any other Samsung. We have four different Samsung phones this one is the worst, they freeze , drop calls, looses texts. Chips easily and you can't have many apps on it even with a huge sd card. Sad really, I'm pissed I spent so much on a dog.

It is a worthless piece of non-working technology. It's is very slow, you can't put big apps on it and sometimes dies for no reason. It is also not very durable, I didn't drop it more than other phones, but with this one the screen broke. The battery is also dead now, so i'm trying to kill it by drowning, but that won't succeed.
DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!

Useless in low signal areas. Regularly crashes, drops calls, locks up and fails to indicate its sending everything to the ansafone. Slow camera. A complete nightmare - I'm going back to a Nokia !
A real liability if you depend on communication for business or safety.

This phone is a bloody joke. my little brother accidently Dropped it.
On gravel.
Screen.
Oblitterated
27 hours of use.
it is just the best (or worst) joke samsung ever made.

Worst phone I've owned, constantly crashes and needs re-booting, voice calls are impossible to hear unless you are in a quiet padded room, voice calls randomly dis-connect and to top it all off it fell from approx 2 feet high onto carpet!! and promptly smashed the screen.

Junk, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Internal memory is pathetic, install a couple of apps and it's full, constantly crashes and needs rebooting, disconnects during voice calls, impossible to hear voice calls unless you are in a dead quiet room, even after a supposed software update, and to top it all off, phone was mildly dropped from around 2 feet high onto a carpeted floor which promptly shattered the screen, very disappointing phone.

I like it! If you don't use too many apps at the same time and clear the memory now and then the phone works perfectly.

Drives my hubby crazy! I am trialling it at the moment with my sim to see if any difference, first few hours and the phone has rebooted all on its own. Grr - so far I havent dropped of the network but figure it just needs time to start doing it! Looks like I am off to the phone carrier to get another phone :(

hi, i think you must take this thing you call it sonyoung s000 back to china and tell them to stop sending this little chinies phone to sa.it keeps on doing its onwthings and at the end you have to pay. you must find the other way to make money.not to rob us by this thing
