I bought this phone a year ago and I must say it's the best phone I ever used!Some people have complaints but I don't understand why.It depends where you buy it.You can't expect a high quality phone if you bought it in China.I bought mine in Switzerland and we all know swiss people only import high quality products :))

i bought this phone in september from my networks online store.it turns off on its own which means its never reliable, a buzzing noise starts when im chatting people on it and its impossible to get the correct numbers typed in after the phone has being in my pocket or in the car, im presuming from the screen not being cold and some nights the battery will go flat after being fully charged that day.i wouldn't recommend this or any touch screen phone to anyone.bring back the old reliables.couldn't return it as these problems only started on day 32 of buying the phone and the online returns policy is 28 days typically

you can delet facebook account from the my account s,,and then your facebook will disappear... and you log out,,,

As for connecting the Phone-USB-Computer
You should go to settings connectivity
and make sure that USB mode is [Removable Disk]
The default is set to Samsung [KIES]
And one more thing
READ THE DAMN MANUAL BEFORE COMPLAINING!

I really regret buying this mobile. i bought it a year ago. Sound control buttons failed to times. reinstalled operating system two times. applications are very very poor. GPS not working unless connected to internet. microsoft office not supported. i won't ever buy any samsung product again
