just recently buy my samsung jet. i tried to type a message using landscape but when im in the middle of typing, it suddenly changed into portrait. do i need to adjust the settings or this is one of the phone's problem? please advise. thanks.

Phone works great so far. Great multimedia phone.
My complain:
500 SMS storage
500 diary entries
Solution so far for the SMS, I back it up to the PC Studio. I oso print the SMS to PDF format (available free from most download sites). Then I beam it back to my phone & view as a PDF file.
Diary solution, none.
I hope Samsung does something abt the SMS & diary restrictions of 500. Oso please consider including smart dialing, I remember contacts by name, not by numbers.

This Jet is slimmer and lighter than all nokia touch phones.
playing divx videos on its 3.1" amoled screen seems like wow. simply the great. decent enough camera with good flash, nice dolfin browser with office document pdf reader capabilities, compact size-- neither heavy nor occupies more space in my jeans pocket. its attractive too. overall a good value for money.

njam, 15 Mar 2010I finally realised what was causing the problem with the bl... moreI use the phone mainly by talking a lot i don listen to music or watch videos but my phone's battery ll stand a whole day what ever i do if i m not using means it ll stand for 2 or 3 days i use wifi a lot but it ll not drain very quickly it ll stand whole day but in the morning it ll get switched off dude.. but i m nt bothered cause i also use sony w 580i which ll also stand for a single day only but when u use a touch screen with a 800mhz processor if ur phone charge longs from morning till night u shld be satisfied a lot cause other than battery everything(features & design) almost 75-80% of the phone just freaks out...... enjoy it
