have it checked on a service center that has a name [e.g Smart, Globe]. might be costly, but it will be worth it once it is fixed. take care kabayan.

I've been using this phoone for 7 months now. I love using it wben texting and making calls. Games and applications are suck! Browsing can drain your battery very fast. Overall, I'm not recomending this phone. There are lot of high-end phones available now with the same price.

hello my samsung s8000jet is not responding fine the the screen cannot respond wen ever i touch it , it goes to the wrong key all the time. WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE
