Hi I'm just wondering if someone can help me. I recently got a Samsung S8000 Jet and am having trouble getting sound on the videos when I upload them on my Macbook. I can record video on my phone and it plays back with sound but when I play them back on my video player ( I use MPlayer OSX), there's video but no audio... I'm just wondering if I'm missing a codec or something, or if there's a better video player out there for Mac. Thank you.

ATTENTION/PROBLEM: I am a North American user of the S8000 model and I have a problem with the text messaging Inbox Time. Here's what is wrong: I was using the phone in the Mountain Time Zone and was vacationing in Seattle, so by choosing "auto update time zone" when I entered the Pacific Region the time correspondingly changed. I received a text message from a friend (in Mountain Zone) and the time was 3 hours off from what it actually was (ex. current time is 1:00pm but my Inbox Time reads 4:00pm)! This 3 hour difference was initially for both Inbox and Sentbox but the Sentbox somehow corrected itself...the Inbox is still 3 hours off. Can anyone explain how I can fix this problem? Why does this happen? PLEASE HELP...I thought this phone was flawless... :(

Can your phone input chinese characters when using google search?

I don't think your Jet supports Chinese characters
Put the files in any folders in your phone. Go to that folder and click it. It will run the installation.
There is no new firware in HK yet.

Please help... I cannot install Games/Applications using TkFE, Bluetooth or WAP as discussed/described in one forum. The games/applications do not appear in the games Menu... Am I missing some setting? PLEASE... BTW my FW is XWIF6 altho I am in the DX region. Thank you so much in advance...

dani, 04 Sep 2009hi are this phone have operating system? please help....No Dani no OS, but it should not matter much it has the power according to mobile-review.com it clocks at 667-800 Mhz, what i know from experience Cell with OS are actually quite slow as compared to non-OS or so called propertiary OS may be Win-Mo are at the edge with applications but definitely not the Symbian ones, Symbians need a lot of work in Touch segment I am of the opinion Symbian was never meant to be the Touch OS, while Windows has developed a lot along with Android which is the most specific Touch OS
