hey mohab; i've the same experience, i also bought it from "union group" but my phone don't hang, there are problems which strangely also found in phones came from ksa, today i collected mine from customer support after full 2 weeks and frankly the only change i found is a new firmware, but still the problems not solved. :(

I have this phone since last april and i want to say that its a very good and powerful phone but it's missing some features, anyway i have a big problem it seems that the motion actions are not working for me, so is there any configurations i might be missing, also the gbs stopped working after activating route66. please advice, please.

Simply, a piece of junk, without any support from Samsung. I baught it from "Union Group" company in Egypt as authorized agent for Samsung. The phone screen stops working completely in addition to all buttons, i have to take off the battery and put it in again to restart the phone. I sent it for maintenance 4 times (4 TIMES!!!), and everytime they say they changed a part inside the phone, but in vain. They refuse to give me another phone and they actually lied!!! I sent an email to Samsung for help but as expected i received no reply because i know this phone is a failure and they would not support it.

hi no need to download any flash player to play youtube to ur jet, bec. jet is support full flash payer, you can play youtube automatically to your jet,

here in the phillippines the latest firmware is "JCI" MAY2010 firmware, go to the nearest samsung service center to update your firmware, the next firmware is coming this nov2010, or FEB.2011.

im using my samsung jet for 4months ago with no hang,no freeze LCD, and it's work very fast. my sofware version is "MDXJCI", And the "UI" is very responsive and very fast, So Who Are you? saying bad comments to samsung Jet Forum? Are you using jet on your hand? i think you are jelous to samsung jet. samsung jet is the best phone in my life, no worry or doubt to buy this phone, samsung jet is 100%excellent multimedia phone.

I have bought this phone last month against x6. I thought jet is better but i was wrong. The touchscreen responsde is not too fast it is below average . Sometimes it hangs . I m feeling very bad for buying this phone

Hi, I have a samsung jet, as it came with sighning up to vodaphone for two years. BUT....
the touchscreen is sometimes not user friendly at all, you have to push very hard, and NOW the last 4 days, when I receive a call the person calling me can hear me, but I can not hear a thing???!!! Only on speaker phone I can hear what is being said. Any idea??? Has anyone had this problem??
