i bought jet and my cousin bought samsung marvel.
i mean the screen resol. of jet is better than marvel.
camera quality of both is equal.
sound from the speaker is also of same level.
beside amoled screen i saw that inside most of the menue and features of marvel are same as jet.
i got it for Rs.16,800 AND HE GOT MARVEL FOR Rs10,400 india.

Is it equal to... moreIve own couple of samsung phones(old ones) and i can tell u that compare to some nokia phones that was release the same year they are quite louder. Oh and samsung are making incredible speakers and headphones ive got Samsung P2 mp4 and i know that the sound is crisp and clean.. so for the question i know a friend who got the nokia n95 and it doesnt seems like a good quality speakerphone..(samsung making more multimedia phones witch include, more music friendly ones). I hope this will help u..

I've a Samsung S8003 Jet and I want to make it recognize Korean language, but it only have arabic, english ,french and two other languages.
But I want to be able to use Korean language.
Can anyone help me?

nk, 20 Jun 2010wil de touch screen get damaged on de long run due to txtin... moreno u can use it but this handset ahving some prob when ur in cool place touch screen work properly and sometime it get hang

I bought the phone last May, 2010 here in the Philippines. My Jet's SW Version is S800MDXJC1 and the CSC Version is S8003OLBJC1
is there any latest version out there?

I would say that the hardware is quite AWESOME! but as it doesn't have Android, but Touchwiz instead, it's quite sucky. no apps or so. Also the whole back will fall off if you happen to drop it :(

I was never really a Samsu... moreI agree with you dude...im also here in the philippines....
but if you used to upgrade your firmware to the latest edition, its much better than the old firmware, the features, speed, performance, and the video n camera, etc...i have my jet last nov, 2009...
i keep reading forum, to learn how to mod and to used my jet correctly, coz its very expensive for me...P 20,000.00 last year
