The phone has a good camera and video but is really slow and the screen is to narrow. I have the iphone 3g and the the Samsung Ultra is out classed big time.

ofcourse you cant watch those videos in hd because videos were edited with movie maker and resolution was reduced

I CANT BELIEVE IT! IT IS MAKING SAME VIDEOS AS SAMSUNG I8910 OMNIA HD!!! same resolution, even more fps (30fps - i8910 has 24) but otherwise it is kinda slow, but they updated software so i am giving it to service to update my software (i musnt do it my self because if i would, than guarantee would be gone:D) next week and i hope it will be better. Though you can see the size of image file actual image does n't pen any where due to error in format. Samsung says camera board needs replacement at @@90pounds.

And also to let you know I actually rectified the problem. Must have been a clitch....i turned it off pulled the battery out and put back in etc. Thats all it took :p

Had this handset for a couple months now ...
Some issues ...
1 Widgets - why is it when you have them 'just the way you want' they re-arrange themselves after 'power up' ?
2 All Samsung handsets i have previously had have ( on the calendar ) and option for recurring appointments etc - every xx, days, weeks etc - this doesntnt !
3 Is there a 'firmware / software' update to 'cure' this
AND finally WHY oh WHY is the touch screen so damn slow when temperatures fall below +4'c ??
Otherwise with the adition of a 4Gb HDSD memory card ( doesnt come with one ) its a fab phone - just 'niggles' :(
