Samsung, Please please do something about the battery!!
Thats the only thing that keeps me from using it. I am using it more like a stand-alone digital camera :-(

I love my samsung, but i have a question: on the screen i have 'no event' and when i get a text my text comes up over top of this. if i move it off the screen i have to go into my messages to see who it is from! my question is how do i remove that icon? as it only came up last nite and it is driving me crazy!!!!

i've had this phone for a month it's quite good that you can use the buttons to text people which is good.

Little update: The phone is superb. The network problems seems to be arising with S8300T models. S8300 does not seem to be having network problems. Also those who want to update firmware, please do not use S8300 firmware on S8300T else you will get no NW error.
Am still looking for S8300T firmware, if anyone has it, please let me know. Thanks

when it comes to style this phone is one of the best outthere, camera is not as good considering it is 8 mgpixel, the battery life is terrible.. so terrible..

Further to my previous post, I forgot to tell you that the camera also refuses to shoot. It opens the camera option and I focus, but when I click, it just says, try again. The same applies to the video camera!

This is a total piece of rubbish. Not only does the software not work properly with the phone shutting down all the time, or the tones going missing, but it has even automatically deleted my whole phone book and managed to destroy my car's bluetooth car kit, which was working fine just before I bought this phone.
I will never go Samsung again, because of this piece of rubbish!

i own a k800i sony ericsson,i used the s8300 for two weeks the picture clarity is a let down and it could and the internet browsing as well.i stil sony and nokia makes the best phones
