Please, I enjoy the phone very well, But I have this problem, Kindly help me. The backspace arrow is not working while trying to enter or storing some once name, when you made a mistake same to a text message, I have to start all over again and again.
For number it is working but for letters is not instead the T9 option will be changing above. Please advice me what to do. Many thanks for your co-operation.
