Samsung SM-G5510 and SM-G5520 receive WiFi certification

Himanshu, 29 August, 2016

A couple of Samsung smartphones, carrying model numbers SM-G5510 and SM-G5520 and alleged to be part of the South Korean company's Galaxy On series, have received Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA).

While the WiFi certifications do not reveal anything about the devices' specs or design, the SM-G5510 has also been spotted on GFXBench, revealing some of its key specifications. These include a 4.8-inch HD display, Snapdragon SoC with quad-core 1.4GHz CPU, 2GB/16GB memory config, and 12MP/5MP camera combo.

Sadly, nothing is currently known about the Samsung SM-G5520, but we expect that to change in the coming days.

On series. Finally, a compact smartphone with decent specs. It is like a refresh version of Galaxy Alpha. Similar specs too.
