Also possible: the phone is locked to a carrier that does not match the simcard in the phone and you need to contact the original carrier to get it unlocked.

I have been sing Net10 and the Samsung T491G for aout a year - It s super. My only complaint is the internet is useless with the 401G because the memory is too low and the screen is too small. I am thinking about switching to a different phone. Net 10 has also been a super service and very economical..

i have been net10 for years many phones i have gone in my junk box history. i needed a new phone so i got a samsung t401g 1. it a classic design 2. its keyboard is good when it comes to answering a text demand. the mp3 player is mean with a head phone amp but its output is equal to that of 1. archos, iriver, samsung tab 2 7.0 sony dvp-fx810, asus netbook. the t401g is a like a 57 chevy it works

I've had this phone now for 2 months and its great! I purchased it from Straight Talk and it was the best purchase I've ever made! I'm going to leave Verizon because I have 110% better service with Straight talk! This phone is easy to use, rugged, and does everything I need it to do! It can handle my roughness with phones and that's a good thing!

I bought this phone brand new at a truck stop for 20.00 bucks. and for a cheap phone it is great! I have very few complaints. Its tough and and reliable. the only thing I dont like is there is no 3.5mm headphone jack and it has a music player. As far as im concerned its a great phone for the money.

i have this phone and i have to say its also heavy duty cause i have ran over it wasked it dryed it and just beat it up and it still works. i love it!!!

Will this phone or the Net10 service resize images that come in? I had a prepaid through T-Mobile and if someone sent a picture over 1280x1024, the service/phone resized it to like a thumbnail and archiving it on my PC resulted in the same.

I have a Samsung T401G Phone. I called Net 10 and ask about using the Net 10 phone as a modem for my lab top computer. Tech support said yes if I purchased a Bluetooth adapter so I did. I got the Bluetooth adapter to recognize phone. I was still unable to access internet through the phone for laptop. Is this possible and if so, how? Please help. Thanks!

I Have This Phone but it's just that i dont have a charger or a air time card i need to get some money and do buy it but i cant i need money. Im So tired . My Freakin charger broke so know i cant charge it so P O ed right now

My daughter raved about her Straighttalk (TracPhone) service. So I switched from Revol to Straighttalk. Purchased the free Samsung T401G .... which due to the Sim card, puts me in the T-Mobile service. HORRIBLE, AWFUL service. I can't get 80% of my calls while sitting in my living room. Imagine! My daugher's phone and Straighttalk uses the Verizon, she has a GREAT service. T-Mobile STINKS ... after my purchase I was told any "G" phone utilizes T-Mobile. They refused to let me exchange my phone. Bad customer service for them and ROTTEN T-Mobile. I am so unhappy, when I have the funds, I will go back to Revol.

Your phone is not going to work with your SIM over there, because the problem is, the serial number on that Samsung phone, which already assigned to a previous wireless service from somewhere, AT&T, T-Mobile or any wireless connection, Most ebay wireless phone are pre-owned. Return it back to ebay, that would be your best option.
