I bought this phone in September and I've had nothing but problems with it. The bluetooth won't turn on unless I shut off my phone and restart it (it gets annoying after a while). It freezes randomly. It shuts down out of nowhere and restarts automatically. The time on my texts is 3 hours off (when I put my SIM in another phone the time on the texts was correct). Save your money and buy a different phone.

this phones battery life is One of the best. i have not had a better batterylif on a phone before . and for having a full touchscreen this is just amazing. the features are great but the only drawback is texting is laggy and not good. predictive is horrible and thew sideways keyboard doesnt work so well

I owned the samsung behold, overall i would have th say the phone does well. I think the cons of it all really are the wi-fi if your a internet browser, and the texting, the reason be about the texting is that it freezes up during the text and the i think the quickness of some people its quite faster then the actual software can capture. Another thing i wish they gave the ability to be able to change themes to the phone. I'm one to trick out my phone or give it my own little touch. i mean changing the background really doens't do much now and days. The fact that i'm also a bigger supporter of nokia, for me to like other phones is really hard. And the nokia's have the ability to customize your phone, which i wish they did with the samsung behold but i know you can't have everything on a phone. But overall the performance is well done

this is a pretty nice phone... the only thing is that it freezes up a sometimes in the middle of txtn but its prob one of the best phones i have ever used

i love love LOVE my phone! its easy to use, REALLY easy to text, and the gel cases for it are FABULOUS!

The phone is not bad if you are willing to do away with WIFI and google maps and having to remove the battery in order to exchange MicroSD cards. However, the sound, video and camera quality compensate nicely. Again, the phone is not bad but if it had the 3 missing features I mentioned above I believe it would kick the Iphone to the curb.
Shame on you Samsung... you should know better.

I would highly recommend the Samsung F480t over this phone. Its reliable and has awesome features.
