I would love this phone but not the expensive data plan. I have the 5.99 tzones and plan on hanging on to it since they are not offering it any more. Thanks.

just got the behold a week ago and so far i still like it, HOWEVER, it doesnt do a whole lot more than eny regular phone does woith out the internet. so i called tmobile and tried to get the $9.99/50MB internet plan and was told that i cant use it with my behold. They said the same about the $19.99/100MB plan and said that the $5.99 T-zones plan doesnt even exist anymore so my only other option is to get unlimited for $24.99...that the reason i didnt get a G1, b/c i didnt want to have to pay for an expensive internet plan. does anybody else get internet w/tmo 4 behold for cheaper than $24.99??

this phone is nice im definitely gettin it 4 christmas... it has a radio i didnt even kno that at first... in the end the phone is slick

Bought my girlfriend this phone a week ago and have been helping her operate/customize it. It's nice, although the interface will probably get boring rather quickly. There's not much to do on it since T-Mobile doesn't have their 3G network up and running in our area (southeast Alabama) and since this phone can't use wi-fi. If it could, this phone would actually be rivaling the G1, which is why, I hear, wi-fi was exluded. The touch-screen is fairly responsive, and you can customize just about every alert. One major drawback for her is the lack of thread messaging since she upgraded from a blackberry. All in all, no issues yet, although the phone locks fairly quickly when not in use (like 10-20 seconds). Would reccomend as long as the interface doesn't start slowing up.

Just played with one today at the T-Mo store. The screen seems taller than 320px... like 400x240. Must be an optical illusion.

this phone is ok but gets boring fast. i would reccommend the camera when you take out the sd and tranfer them to photos. all in all great phone

If your NOT in the states (no T-mobile) and you want this phone for using "the net" then this phone is useless (unless you have UTMS 1700 in your country). I'm really unhappy that they improve on the F480 and only then release this to the states. If you want it for standard 2G network activity, then this is a great phone, however in this day and age, phones should have the flexibility to upgrade to later networks. (not just a single network.) iphone has multiple 3G bands.
