This is the worst phone I have ever had. Would not even take it if it was given to me. Never Never will get it again.

The phone it okay. I've had it for almost two years and I do hate how touchy the screen is. If I were to leave it in my jacket pocket all day while I wore it, he phone would call about three people and delete some of my contacts. I'm so happy, in may I get an iPhone and I won't have to use this anymore. Like some people said, you get limited creativity with the phone. Such as you cannot have a signature on your text messages nor write messages on your home screen. I would not buy this phone again, but it wasn't horrible.

-Poor sound quality
-Dodgy touch screen
-No physical button to end calls
-Astonishingly slow to respond at times
-Limited customizability
-No customer support
-Unstable operating system
-Bugs up the butt
I've seen it mislabel texts, turn on the screen without any external input, and freeze up for indefinite periods of time. I've seen it corrupt images and alert me to the existence of duplicate messages that it will refuse to show me, even if I slide the bar to the side that says "VIEW MSG." Every now and again, it won't ring when someone is calling me, or it will fail to retrieve certain text messages. If I am in the middle of a call and I receive a text or voice mail message, my phone will actually stop playing the incoming audio from the person on the other end in order to beep at me. I can no longer put the phone in my pants pockets because it invariably gets past the "swipe to unlock"-type screen and begins to lovingly reach out to all the people on the speed-dial screen.
These are just a few of the issues I have seen.

selena, 05 Jun 2012where is the voice memo located?There is no stand alone voice memo recording tool, but if you create a new text message and click on the paper clip in the top right corner, you'll see a voice memo option. You can record up to twenty seconds of audio.

mrs.bieber, 23 Jul 2012how do you record videos ? I have no instruction manual. Like the phone a lot but want to learn more about it. I don't know how to download so would like a hard copy of the manual. Please tell me how I can get one. Willing to pay for it.

Easily the most egregiously awful phone ever. Maybe I could work around its countless glitches if they were at least consistent. They're not. Functions that work today may not work tomorrow. Sometimes the hang up slider bar can be unstuck by opening the mini keyboard, sometimes not. Today the phone may refuse to ring for an incoming call, tomorrow it will ring, but refuse to let me answer it. Yesterday it would insistently redial the number I just hung up when I pressed "done"; today the keypad goes dead when I try to delete voice mail. Last week it consolidated my record of incoming and outgoing call into a single list permanently dated "today". Adjusting the touch sensitivity (1-5) has zero effect--at least that's consistent. A fly landing on my phone will trigger a speed dial call, and only a swift finger flick will scroll down the contacts list--usually all the way to "Z". Finding a contact in mid-alphabet is like playing a slot machine, since a slower flick will often dial the first number you touch. I sure wish I'd read the consumer reviews before I bought this shriveled lemon. BTW: no grudge against Samsung generally. My wife's Galaxy S II is joy to use.
