I bought this phone recently, but i cant use it because i cant pick my calls. it rings all right, but no matter how i touch or slid the call never picks.
PLEASE HELP!

I purchase the 360m1 a week ago and my mouth piece clarity of the phone is bad.

I've had this phone for 8 months, it has been back to the shop 4 times and sent away three times. It is the worse phone I've ever owned, I would not reccommend anyone to buy this model. I am not impressed at all.

This phone is terrible it is slow irritating and has a mind of its own. it is not user friendly and can be frustrating to use!

very responsive touch screen tho does freeze now n again for a sec or 2.
nice idea with groups for contacts n colours
long gone searching quick flick n contact picture there to call or text.
internet ok easy to navigate zoom n selection highlight good feature for big thumbs, average camera vids playback, mp3 player gets higher score.
excellent cheap budget phone if not wanting apps

Worst phone I have ever owned, even the first ever snake game on nokia 3300 makes this phone look like the worst software in the world.
DO NOT BUY!!
It is so frustrating to own this phone!!!

This phone is terrible. I have a 2 year contract, sent it off twice to be repaired and it still is broken! No sound, freezes, don't buy it, it's terrible!

I made the big mistake of getting tied into a 24 month contract with this phone. Don't get me wrong, I like the service Vodafone provide, but this phone is *shockingly* bad. I have now been using this phone for a long time ... or trying to at least.
MAIN WEAKNESSES:-
(a) the screen is slow and unresponsive. When this is your main way to navigate around the phone, well it is a BIG problem. It makes using the phone a chore rather than a pleasure, time consuming rather than time saving ... I could go on :)
(b) the OS seems buggy and sluggish too. I am not sure what is worse ... the touchscreen is laggy, but the OS is just as slow. Yes, the 3D phonebook is near enough unuseable, but even the straight 2D view of the apps is slow and prone to crash
(c) its not very customisable at all. My "non techy" wife spotted this failing before I did. She said "why not put a picture in the background?". "Well, because I cant ...". "huh? My phone is 4 years old and I can do it!". Nuff said really. This point is only a minor one and I think there has been an update to address some of the lack in customisation.
MAIN STRENGTHS:-
(a) its pretty good for web-browsing compared to my old phone (but not compared to other big screen phones I wish to add)
(b) its relatively small and light (compared to other big screen phones
(c) the sound is quite good for phone calls and MP3
OVERALL:-
Honestly, stay clear of this phone if you want my honest opinion. I am toying with the idea of getting my very old sony phone out of retirement ...

can not go on internet or nothing
