People are too concerned about phone cameras and cell phone companies are trying to please them.
Soon, these won't be called cell phones with a camera function anymore, but it will simply be called a camera with a cell phone function as that is the main focus (no pun intended).

Review by Jens-Peter Olsson on Phone Report comparing the N97 with the Samsung Omnia i8910 HD concludes that ‘for users looking at performance…the Nokia N97 is the winner’. Whilst acknowledging that samdung devices have suffered from software problems, the inclusion of Ovi Maps with a three month voice navigation as well as the slideout qwerty keyboard tipped the scales in favour of the N97. A worthy winner too!

its the best phone so far even though samsung must try to give more options on the new advanture & give more internal memory for 35 gig as this phone is phone & digital camera.don"t copy but bring more exciting, funky & entertaining eye taking models.i love samsung thats why im concern with the new up comings phones & i believe samsung can take be the most top of the range only if the creaters can b more creative & use those boardrooms for good use.go samsung go :)

its good.. But i am not surprised... It is not a perfect phone because it lacks wifi and gps.
Also gsmarena is saying that one mobile is cumming with same shape also with wifi and gps... Excuss me... It is not confirm that such kinda phone is cumming in early 2010...

Looks really nice, i have the memoir and it takes nice pictures. too many buttons on the side though, and it looks fragile also, it doesnt look like its gonna survive the slightest fall. I'll buy one only for under $400.

Should mention, this phone should come with a proximity GPS as a standard (eg, track your family members; see where they are on the national map on the phone) - navigation software on phones (especially big-screens like this) come standard now in Korea. I ain't too sure if it will be GPS - it should be, but then, data ain't expensive in Korea, so it may use that instead. As for wifi... The typical Korean version of WAP is, rather bluntly, far superior than most others (Japan excluded). Once saw a relative's phone pulling out 1200kbps downloading a divx movie off the cell network (not wifi)... So GPS in that sense will be rather similar to a satellite based service.
