like it, big fan of samsung. and the optical zoom is cool/crazy, but i think SE satio is a bit better in the design depo. awesome phone though samsung!

Ok you people need to relax. this phone is exclusively for south korea only it will never be seen anywhere else but hopefully samsung will bring something like this with wifi and GPS

Common, if you need a phone, you buy phone, if you need camera, you buy your self camera. Maybe Samsung W880 AMOLED 12M beats out some cheap cameras, but it is still a mobile phone. For the price like this you can buy your self a much better camera or better mobile phone. And these megapixels worth nothing if there is cheap lenses.

OMG what a really lame name. It's like Samsung is trying to show off all of its specs eventhough they are cool. And what's with the W880 because it sounds like they have copied off Sony Ericsson eventhough I not a fan of it. I am an extremely loyal Nokia fanboy. Cheers.

hello I live in korea, and i'm a korean
samsung's phone is called anycall
and lg's phone is called cyon
nowadays, samsung is makind a big hit with the ;haptic amoled'
which is the same as the jet except for the wifi
samsung but out the wifi and put in dmb(youknow the tv)
in korea people dont care about wifi, so phones usaually come out with dmb
and anyways its hard to use wifi anyway

initially this phone is launched only in south korea BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS it will launch for the whole world early next year WITH Wi-Fi and GPS on board.
i should write it again...

Very impressive leave it samsung to think outside the box and do something like this... Makes you think whats next. I belive they leave little details out on purpose like FPS, wifi, navigation to make room for an upgrade and a 2nd version.

I played with this device. I played with a prototype from Korea. The device is huge. Its more a camera/video recorder than a phone. Not practical. There are other phones coming to market with high MP cameras. I dont recommend this phone. Sony Ericsson has a better one.

Come on!, I know that the Europe versios is getting WiFi and GPS, but seriously...they should made an Smarthphone: Symbian, WinMo, whatever...but A SMARTHPHONE!!!!!!
