it wud b more nice if d voice rec space wud b more... also IR port doesnt wok prop. d sad part s v cant send ne phone nos, receiv ringtones or pic msg...data cable wud also b of built-in-type :-)

The ir port in x620 can be used only for sending & rcving phonbook entries. For anything else to tranfer one has to use a data cable.

In this samsung X620 i am not able receive pictures or ringtones and its giving "incompatible message" ERROR and its giving error whn i am sending any msgs or frm other phone(nokia 6070) using Infrared. can u tell me why it so...and please give me an exchange with new mobile..its under warranty..who is the idiot who designed this mobiles software...please conatct me...

The moment I had Samsung X 620,I was too pleased;it`s really the good and comfortable mobile for me;the only problem I face that I am not able to receive or send the ringtones,pictures,messages via infrared;I`ve heard that it`s infrared only works with the other samsung mobiles only;is it correct;please give me the proper solution for this.

actually I am trying to download ringtone in these through infrared. but i am failed to do so,
can u suugest is it possible to download ringtones in these set and wat way.

my problem is that I have a usb data cable, and i don't find the right usb to com driver! so in the PIM file manager I can't select the com port i should... can you please send me a link, or the name of the driver? thanks in advance

open the PIM software and select file menu then setup then select which port you pluged the cable (COM1 or COM2)then ok then close and restart the application it works...

i hav samsung x620 mobile, and face a problem with its IR port , i cant able to transtr data, picture or ringtone via ir port, i cant receive the ringtone from my frnds mobile via ir port ,every time when we tryed it shws faied, some one tell me that only samsung to samsung ir port working ,is it true plz explain or thr is any prob with my new set

hello everybody,
i bought this mobile phone a couple of months ago and have nothing real to complain about it..
i also bought the usb data cable (PCB113BSEC/STD) and installed the PIM File Mangaer but i don't know how to connect the phone to the pc, because the pc does not recognize it!!
can somebody pless tell me how to do!! please send me an email with the instructions!!
