Plz help me out with the Samsung SGH X60 mobile.
I want to install softwares for getJar.com which i have downloaded in the PC. If i transfer those to the mobile using bluetooth, it doesn't get installed but resides in the other files folder.

this is the best phone i've used. very user-friendly. i used it for almost 2 yrs until the battery life went kaput. i still miss it so much.

want to buy this phone but am concerned about the comment about volume---can u hear it ringing? Can u hear when ur speaking to someone. plz let me know asap cuz this has all the features i am looking for, for a reasonable price, but i wanna be able to hear when i am speaking to someone!

I am using Samsung X630 since last 10 months . This is the best cell i would like to have. Simple, Slim, Supportive. Its great to have it.

I have an X630, I bought 2 weeks ago, but the wap has a problem.There are so many URL including safaricom but when you activate it tells you 'check your wap profile' what is the problem?
Secondly, Settings for privacy are not functioning.
Help me solve these problems please, I like the model

i am using this phone from past 12 months. i like this so much, trust me i have downloaded so many software from getjar.com pls try them after that ur phone gets extra features then any other cell. still u have confusion then ask me. i have softwares like gmail .orkut. notebook. mobile secretary. mobango. mig33. msn msgr. lots of games also. . . .

I bought the above mobile phone 3 days a go but i have problem entering contacts in the phone memory. I cannot copy contacts from SIM card to phone memory though when i try to copy it behaves like it is copying but when i go to the phone memory there is nothing (0/1000). I have also noted that when i try to save contacts in phone memory it does not ask for location unlike when saving in the SIM card. I have no problem saving contacts in the SIM card but now my SIM card is full. Please guide me.

It does not support extendable Memory.
Also not possible to increase the Phone volume beyond normal sound.

I'm using this phone.
good things are:
Light weighted and Slim.
Best for privacy. You can set password for sms, pictures, videos. Highly secured. Phone equipment password and Sim card lock password available. So no one misuse the contact details or data files if your phone is stolen.
Bluetooth also secured and works awesome.
FM, Music player, Video recorder, Audio recorder, Camera are built in.
Possible to Block SMS from max 20 mobile numbers.
Battery Charges so quickly. 10 mins max.
Options available for taking video too good.
U can set photo or image for a caller.
Video can be set as background wallpaper.
Battery stands one full day even if u listen to fm or songs complete day.
2 games come as built-in.
Calender options are too good and easy to manage.
Options for sending sms are too good.
Solid phone. System works absolutely fine, (even i dropped in floor it many times)
Before you buy read these points too..
1. Very poor Incoming ringing volume.
2. Software available from Samsung serves gives poor result. video images are so small and cannot be maximized. resolution is poor.
4. Sound is the problem. Very Very Low.
5. headset comes with this phone has so lengthy wires. somehow uncomfortable. switch integrated to headset wont help in changing channels in fm.
Simply in one sentence:
Best Phone for a Low Price. You wont get this much features in a single phone for a good price.

This post contains answers for some questions:
1. There are no possible ways to transfer java games to this phone in other way then through the WAP.
2. You can transfer some data from PC to this phone, using Bluetooth (if exist) or IRA (if exist):
1)music ("mp3" format);
2)sounds ("mid" format);
3)films ("3gp" format only) ;
4)images (up to 640*480 size only).
3. Software for transfering of the above data you must buy in the pack of the adapter
(e.g. I bought mine disk with drivers and interface program with Bluetooth adapter).
3. You can make your own records, using this phone:
1)sounds - call records - up to 2 min. ;
2)films ("3gp" format only) - up to 30 sec.;
3)photos (up to 640*480 size only).
