I bought the usb cable to transfer the data, as samsung official site allow you to download the software but seems not working properly.At my side usb is not getting detected and seems i have to use only 10mb to save the data.Can anyone help or write the procedure how to use it, as we can not connect extra card slot as well?

im using this fon now,even it has no many function ,buti like it design and um,the camera function also not bad.just,if it have more memory then it will be better.besides,bluetooth and ifrared is not important,coz,we can buy wat we want in GPRS service.so,if it can play mp3 that will also be better,majority is,if this fon have more memory,then im sure it will be a popular phone for people

hey, i really like the samsung X640, nd reading through the comments makes me like it even more! although im still deciding wat mobile is best... plz if any1 culd give me some accurate information on the main features of this phone, it would be muchly appreciated!thanx!

This is an excellent phone. My only complaint is that there is a confirmation noise everytime you do anything on the phone. It is really irritating. The only way I can see of getting rid of it is putting the whole phone on mute. However, then you won't be alerted of incoming calls wittha ringtone!!! Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hii..recently i bounght this phone..it is gr8...mine second frm samsung first was c110...
I luv it..but can anyone tel me...which is the file format for truetone it uses????
every truetones im downloading it goes to my voices folder and i cant use them as my ringtone...
those who know plz do reply via mail..Thnx.

well, this is a good enough phone for all entry-level users like myself. I work in a mobile phone shop and i can tell you that this is the best deal for the small price. while I'm at it, never buy sony ericsson k750i & w800i or motorola v3. they bresk down bad man!
Summary:
x640 is tri band, single screen and with VGA cam
x660 is tri band, dual screen and vga cam
x460 is dual band, dual screen and no cam
e330 is dual band, dual screen with cam
these are the main differences that ppl ask me in my shop.
Considering price and features, buy x640 first, then x660, then e330 and forget about x460...its....ah..just forget it.

to al. to change the date and time just go
menu, organiser, clock - and set your time from there,
and no, this phone doesnt have video capture :(

I am in love with this phone! i got it 2 days ago and cant put it down... my battery lasted two days, but as i said i havnt put it down and have been fully using all its features, so it should last probably 4 days ?
the blue light doesnt change when you have a mmissed call, it would be nice if that changed colours instead of being blue all the time, but the camera is great, the polys are great, and its certainly a very nice looking phone, i used 2 have a nokia 3120, and i do miss the different things nokia has, ie: u can CREATE a profile, and ur missed calls are recorded under one name, not 5 missed calls listed by the one person and texting is a little different, but all up this phone is certainly worth the money, would like a front screen, but its not the end of the world!
