I bought the usb data cxable but I can import and export only sms and adress books. I tried to sent a picture or a melody but i can't. :(

I need to know how to set up my gprs cause it is still not activated and i bought a usb cable but it does not show anything on the computer neighter on the phone can you plse e-mail me all the settings to set-up my phone.

You can get a good quality usb data cable (that works) from www.mobiledatalink.co.uk
I bought mine from here and it worked fine allowing me to transfer pics and tones.

please someone help me. ive the software PIMS, but my pc cant detect its presence.!! the programm says that im offline, (as if no phone is connected) but ive put my phone into the USB cable already..?? why is this?is the usb wire not compatible with the phone??

Hi. I have one question. I have a COM data cable type PCB093LBE. So I wish to change it to work with this GSM Samsung X660. The original samsung COM data cable is mark as PCB113BDEC/STD. Do someone have a shematic of this cable? Or can someone tell me how shud I ghange the pins to work.

i 've samsung serial cable and Kingsun usb irda fs-620 infrared device,but my cell can not detect them using samsung pim manager 2.0 or mobtime cell phone manager. what can i do to make connection to pc...need help

In your PIM file manager, click the folder my contents and the down arrow will be activated once you choose which to download from phone to pc. example choose and click "favourite image or photos" in the "my contents" folder to download picture/photos from phone to pc.

Here are the answers for your questions.
1. yes, you can upload video clips from pc to phone and it works fine
2. The video format is .3gp.
3. you can only upload videos up to 100 kb, good for video messaging and video wallpaper which this phone supports.
4. the time limit varies from 9-40 seconds of video clips depending on your setting. This phone records video with 176X144 and 128x96 resolution sizes. Lower time limit when recording with higher resolution plus audio and longer time limit when recording with lower resolution with out audio.

Hi all. I don't have tihs phone and I just want to ask can you upload from PC video clips by infra-red port or USB port ??? What video formats are supported by the phone and is there any limit of the length or the size (in MB) of the uploaded video clip from PC, because i understood from the post of Ufuk that the limit, when u're recording video clip with your phone, is 15 seconds.

The photo viewer of this phone can't zoom the images! Why??
The photos are 640x480 pixels, the display is 128x160 pixels, but we can view an image only at 128x96 pixels! :(
