Ive had this phone since last xmas now and i think its ok but its got rubbish memory can only store 4 songs you cant put a memory card in it but i like the design and to change the writing style u press # and hold it down for predictive txt

Catherine,I'd same problem when using applications like gmail jar & opera mini. I used to make spacing as required but the boxes would always appear exactly as your message posted here is. I had to change phone.

Catherine, there is no FM function for this phone. As regards the problem regarding the text, check your language settings. With respect to the space, I think Samsung phones generally use the # key for space and not 0. For Bluetooth connections asking security codes, that can be bypassed by activating the automatic connect function for Bluetooth.

For people who want to transfer data (pictures, music, video, etc) from this phone to a computer or vice-versa, if you don't have a USB cable, you can use the Bluetooth function in the phone. If your computer doesn't have built-in Bluetooth capability, you can buy USB Bluetooth dongles (which are very cheap and can be used to connect a lot of devices). And I would also suggest downloading the PIMS software from Samsung. It is a bit hard to use (compared to Nokia), but I think that it is worth it.

This was the very first fone i got. Its good for your 1st fone but the camera isn't that good and there is barely any memory especially for the mp3 player!!

I have a question.
When I want to exchange something with someone via bluetooth, my phone ask me to enter a password, which is 1234, and it also ask my password to the other person.
how can I disabeld this option? the security option is already off, I don't know what to do...

Asvil... u can insert more than 30 mp3 into this phone. But first, u have to get the mp3 compressed. I have the sofware called DIET MP3 that can do that job. It's so easy to use because it was very user-friendly. U can compressed till 75% - 12% depends on what quality u choose... either tape quality, Cd quality or radio FM quality. Etc; mp3 with 4.5MB size can be compressed to around 400Kb only. So much space u can save. Please email me to get the sofware... free. i get it by free too. my email: slyders07@yahoo.com

I have this phone for over a year now,and ilove the features of this phone,and unlike other phones,The batteries last longer..Most of you are saying that you can store up to 30 songs on your phone..How?help me plz..

This is a cheap toy. Build quality is crap. OS is fast and responsive which is nice. Screen is below average due to 65k colours only. Camera is ok I guess.
To the person below: You use bluetooth to put mp3 songs on it.
I can't believe this phone has higher rating than KRZR K1. I mean surely X680 is not better than K1? I just ordered K1 because X680 feels like a toy.
