you can play mp3 file upto 15 mb in size and 128 kbps in memory card and upto 192 kbps in phone memory.atleast this phone plays 192 kbps in phone memory other handsets in this price range support only 128 kbps.this is because transfer speed of memory card.i will send rapidshare link containing 350 polyphonic chinese ringtones

hmm may be you got faulty piece.if you have purchased from authorized samsung shopee claim warranty.
there is not specific problem about hanging.may be you firmaware became corrupt because of secret codes

hmm my comments are that i bought this on 8 of july and of 10 of july it started to HANG up i used it for two days and its started to have a problem soo now u all now how welll this phone is.

To YOGESH: go to www.315.fiberworld.nl/d500/ it works with x700 as well. but the easiet way is to download apps via wap. Visit wap.getjar.com from ur phones browser and enjoy downloading..

Hey guyz,
I just bought this phone but when I connect to the USB drive, after I installed all the things from the CD, it just doesn't recognive it. On my PC I have XP-Home Edition with Servie Pack 2, also, I haven't got a card in the phone yet. What may be the problem??

X700 has no other rivals at this low price/ rich features….. Just buy it…. It does not having any kind of hanging problems at all. May be the guys complaining this kind of problem has got faulty set. All features running very smoothly….. mp3 player or playing video files or listening radio or using bluetooth for file transfer to another mobile or any other usage…… X700 is the best!!

NO, The price of W300i is still very high about 14,000 rupees and very short in the market. The price of W300i given in www.pakgsm.com is wrong. Please check by yourself from any MZ or United Mobile shop! At this price, it is not very good decision to buy this set. As I said earlier, W300i has small screen display, no hotswap option for memory card, no security option to secure your media files, no A2DP , clamshell design, only 0.3 megapixel camera which is very poor against X700. The only advantage for W300i is better audio/video playing capabilities with good battery life and radio with RDS…..
So, the final conclusion is that Samsung X700 is the best choice due to very low price and rich features!
