i bought this phone a week ago and like every other samsung i have bought i find they have outdone themselves again. this phone is 100% a awesome phone i would recommend it highly. i dont understand the people that dog the phone they must be nokia heads

I have this phone and wow I think it is amazing the memory is brilliant and so is everything about it there is not one bad thing about it!!

I hav a white one i bot last mnth. Typin a message is pain in my ass bcause of dat unusual design of keypad. No doubt the phone is vry trendy n cool looking but its not practical at all n not a daily use phone. Infact even i had 2 buy a second phone for daily use n dis one is now only a show piece.

I am thinking in buying a phone that i can listen music with and that has a good battery...and i don't want to buy something i would regret later.so Plizz can u tell me..? is itworth buyin this Phone...?is it good or it's only it's looks..?:D 10q..i am qaiting 4 answers:)

i got this fone in may 07, but the bad things it this fone it really bad signal everwhere i go. i have cingular carrier. it this i bad choice to buy this fone.my family can't call me cause all it show state searching all day...if u know anything about setting network or something that i can get the signal email me thanks

I agree with that, only not about the pink one.
The colour does not rub of at all.
I,ve had mine for nearly 5 month, and the colour is still the same, not even a scratch or anything.
It doesn,t look cheap either, it has a very special colour that changes from babypink to rubarb pink to raspberrypink as the light hits it.
The keypad has the same colour pink as the rest of the phone, sometimes it looks darker because the light hits the colour more because of the devided parts of the keypad.
The pink ones being worse is nonsence ofcourse.
They all are produced the same .
Its all a matter of taste.
I think the pink one looks very sexy.
The blue and green ones are cute too.
I call it ; my zuurstokje (I don,t know the word in english), but its a little stick made of brightcoloured candy

Hi! peeps, i jst want to tel my story about the samsung x830. I`ve had this phone now 4 2months & to be quite honest, I luv this phone very much, im very much impressed with the design, its very unique. The only problem i hve is that the sound of the music when u play it through the phone its very soft, but on the other hand, u dont want the whole world to hear ur music playing, it wasxually ment jst 4 u to listen to. The screen is not that bad either, according to me,4 a 1.3 pixel is the camera quality quite good! Like i said earlier, i jst luv this phone! I hve the black one, i wanted the pink one, but a very important source told me that its no good simply bcoz the color rups off rather quickly, so i wud advise anyone who`s planning on buying one, must get the black one! The phone is also very elegant, more feminine. Im enjoying the big memory, basically jst to end my beautifull story, THIS PHONE IS GIVEN ME DA SATISFACTION NOOTHER PHONE HAS GIVEN ME BEFORE and seeing as i work at vodashop i should know. The battery is not that bad either, it all depends on whether u listen to music or not, like if u listen to music the battery will last about 2 days & if u dont it will definitly last u about 3 to 4 days, to me thats gud enough. My last words would be:" the samsung x830 is a good phone, u will not be sorry if u get it! Bravo Samsung! u guys hve really out done urselfs this time, brilliant phone, very very sexy!im very pleased, thank you!

i got this phone bout 2 months ago since then my opinion has totaly been changed around. i find that this phone has everything i need ,good camra,good clear screen,good sound and most important realy easy 2 use. i must admit that it took me about 2 weeks 2 get to grips wif it but after that i found it really easy but just 1 problem i can't find speaker phone help? i give this phone 5 out of 5 and would recomend it to anyone!!

After reading all the reveiws i have seen many that i agree on and disagree on. But i have had this phone for quite some time now and would like to share my findings on it as a non biased person.
Firstly I have the black one, not only do i think this 1 looks the nicest, I hear there has been a lot of bad batches of the pink ones! Some people say they are broke when they open the box or the circular control doesnt last long... I wonder if these were pink ones! Besides the pink on the fone and the pink on the phone keypad are 2 different pinks making the colours clash and look cheap! Same with the white, personally i thing the white on the phone itself and the grey on the screen looks stupid.
Anyway, lots of people have mentioned how hard it is to adapt to the key layout when texting etc. This, i suppose, depends on you. I had no problem with it and after a day or so, u get used to it and forget its any different! People who cant get the hang of this are obviously mentally challenged...
THE VOLUME! Yes the quietness is annoying, but, I have set the equaliser mode to LIVE and chose an extra loud song (NICHE - HEARTBROKEN)as my ringtone, im sure some1 will soon figure out a cheat better than this one like they did with the d500 which worked a charm.
Taking photos... yes the screen is small, but u can see this before you buy? so if u actually LOOK at the dimentions any1 with a brain cell can see for them selves if this is suitable or not. For me taking pictures is not a big thing, a have a seperate camera for that. But if i was to take one on the phone and couldnt see it well on the small screen ide just upload it onto my computer...but again i can see where some people are coming from as some folks like to show pics to people whilst still stored on the fone.
Battery life... for me this is not an issue. my phone lasts about 5 days without being charged and thats in average usage, im on contract so i do alot of talking and texting. I think as long as u give it a good 10 hour power off charge before u start messing about with it, it does it very good. I just left mine over night. If you didnt do this then i would suggest trying to leave the battery til its lowest before charging. I think thats about it but any questions email me babygurl4u05@hotmail.co.uk

I have tried over 15 cell phones.
This one's battery life is the poorest.
I've talked for 15 minutes, one bar goes away. Then another 7 minutes, the second bar vanises, 2 hours later of stand-by time, the phone is dead.

In overal, i couldn't stand the battery life. So bad that you can't do anything good out of it, without constantly pluging it to a power supply

i chose this fone ova the 7373 at first i was disapointed but im now im used to it i love it the colour is wkd i av the pink and it is loud when you select a song for your tone it is amazing x x x

No this phone is not really bad.
It looks great, different from any phone ihave seen.
The colours are all great, I have a pink one, and I really like it, and i,m not even the "pink type"
My scrollwheel works perfect and nothing is broken or anything.
I have this phone for 4 month .I never kept a phone much longer because i,m a phone addict, and I always see a nicer one, but with this one I,m really happy.
The sound could be a bit louder but thats all, and when you use a song which is loud by itself as ringtone, you won,t miss a call.
The camera is good , its a 1,3 Mp, if you want a really good camera , you ,d better buy a camera , but for a 1,3 Megapixel its good.

just to let everyone know, i got the phone a month ago and the sroll wheel has already broken, making it really annoying to use the phone. the scroll wheel is noo good.

when i went to buy a phone i had this one in mind..but i soon changed it when i saw it because this phone looks like a childs dummy phone..and its long..dont like it at all..

I think this phone is definately a girls phone. I don't have it yet but have just ordered it. All opinions are mixed that i have read so far so think I'll find out for myself, you should!
