i got the X830 for less then a year, then it just did not want to work anymore, i send it away to see wots wrong, and they told me its byond repairs, and now im sitting with a phone that i only had for 11 months paid alot of money and no one can help me, im stay in cape town South Africa

paul, 22 Aug 2008the f210 is better for left handers, it slides both waysHi Paul.
I hav the F210 and trust me....it does not slide both ways.

Anonymous, 10 Oct 2008you can try to reset to factory settings(default)I have the same problem, my phone suddenly stop recognizing files (mp3, pics, videos) and it reports unsupported files!!!!! can not even take a pic with the camera. I tried to reset the phone but the error is the same. Please helppppp

I have this phone. And when I first got it, I could get Mxit. Then it disappeared. Now when I try to get Mxit again it says "unsupported file format" Not too sure why it's doing this now. Anyone know the answer?

i really like the phone iv had it for 2yrs now but i must say the only probablem i have is that when im going through my music either voice r recorded it just cuts out n sometimes i cant use my option buttons other than that i love my pink phone

this is for tim all you have to do is call tmobile and tell them you want to configure mms to the phone and they will send it to you in text message and they will walk you through it i have this phone and i also live in the usa and i have tmobile and my mms is set up good luck

PROS:
-very pretty
CONS:
-hard to sms with
-features are bad
-camera stopped working
-volume of ring is too low
-does not ring and vibrate at the same time
-call quality is not good

Was very impressed with the fone when i got it. Unfortunately after using it i found just ONE thing wrong with it: the volume of the fones speaker. even on the highest volume setting i found that i couldnt even hear the fone ring when it was in my bag or if im in a noisy place so u get alot of missed calls and messages. the same goes if i want to use the mp3 player: the music is not very loud at all, even on the highest setting.

this phone is the cutest phone i know!!! i like this phone a lot and all the features it has!!!!! but a cute nice phone like that should have atleast 2mp(megapixel).this kind of is a woman's type of phone.anyway it's a wonderfull phone and i love it!
