..guyz,Ive been using this phone for 2 yrs...and yeah its speaker is a lil bit treble..but i usually use the earphones,..anyway,the cover for the usb port (The one used for charger/earphones) is easily destroyed...my cover was gone and whats left was a rubber thingy....hehe...and i think it doesnt support multiplayer games via bluetooth..it tried it,

ive been using my z170 for almost 2 yrs now but still i dont know how to activate my email settings. can anybody help me how to activate my email settings? i badly need to email my friends. i would highly appreciate those who are willing to help me.. THANKS!!

This is my 3rd year having Z170 for my daily cellphone. Battery still can standby for 1.5 day, not so bad. I only visit Samsung's SC once to be reflashed, because of my own foolishness installing unknown Java apps. I dropped it at least twice, from 1 Meter high to concrete floor, and make its corner dent but even the battery cover won't loosen or crack. I mistakenly put it in my shirt pocket during rain, I don't realize it because of slim and light, when I drove my motorcycle, get wet and it is still on. I can use it as modem instantly in my netbook's ubuntu..I really love it!

beth, 03 Apr 2010i own a samsung z170,i can browse internet but only for tex... moreIMHO, the best way is re-flashing your Z170 at Samsung's service center. But maybe you can try Bolt 2.0 from boltbrowser.com , I can play Youtube using this browser without having to switch to full screen in my Z170.

i own a samsung z170,i can browse internet but only for text and pictures but if my browsing or i browse w/c includes videos such as youtube.com I cant view the videos,it says i need to install something to my phone.need assistance.thanks

the tkfileexplorer always reject from connecting to my phone, always says that Error: the communication link is lost.... what should i do regarding this.. thanks

Anonymous, 04 Mar 2010it the only phone ive ever had that wont fully lock keypad ... moreto those who want to know how to lock your keypad just go to your Settings and select Phone Settings then choose auto keypad lock then click on..it will then lock your keypad automatically..

dont look from its size..slim..gud camera,gud sound n the most importnt is great speed for browsng..

it the only phone ive ever had that wont fully lock keypad properly. it keeps dialling 111 from my pocket. anyone know how to completely lock the keypad?

Hey I was wondering how do you put pictures or videos onto your computer using the samsung z170 iv tried by connecting the USB and it wont connect and Iv got a memory card in the phone but I dont know how to connect it through my computer nothing comes up on my computer ?? ... Can anyone help me out .. !!
