resources occupied, dropped calls with Rogers and Bell, poor customer support to say the least, the unit is over priced and its poor design avails no use in relation to other phones- poor reception when sending text or image. I would not recommend anyone buying this phone-stick to iPhone ! Samsung knew the battery life is poorly designed on this phone and yet managed to release the Z3 flip phone to consumers- what a poor excuse to capture mobile market share ! Samsung Z3 flip - is a flop ---- very poorly designed- Samsung market share cheaters

One of the most worst is ever used. Android or iOS the best os. Samsung being tech lead, wasn't expecting this. OS doesn't meet expectation.

I had bought a Samsung Tizen Z3 smart phone on 16/08/2016 through Flipkart. Innetialy it had problem, the app such as flipkart, Facebook, whartsup, chrome of the handset were stopped when I work of them. When I go to showroom or service centre thy should not guided properly. In 16/07/2017 my phone had out of order, then I go to samsung service centre at central, thy told the display had damadged and repair cost is 2500. I asked him that my warrenty period till date not expired, so why I pay for repair. They replied system show it, so I have nothing to do. Please advice what can I do.
