yeah well thanks for the advice i will do that, also the battery life of my phone is about 15 hours, it is ridiculous!! does any1 else have the same problem? i might have to ring up that number thanks.

Hi Foz, I had a similar problem with my ringtones. Whenever I got a call after I changed my ringtone it kept reverting to the embarrassing 'Whistle Song' this was not good when I was in a public place. Unfortunately mine was a software fault and needed sending back. They just came and did a swap at my doorstep though, so it wasnt too much of a hassle. Sounds like u might have the same problem, if u bought urs in store take it back, if u bought it online or over the phone call o2 returns on 08702250208.

when i change my ringtones and stuff it goes back to the orginal when i switch the phone off, how do you make it not do that?

i received this phone on o2 last week and so far im pretty impressed. but there are a few negatives which i'll list first:
1. it takes too long to send a txt message. i could send a whole txt in seconds when i had my d500, but with the z320i it takes much longer to navigate the menus, choose who you want to send to etc.
2. you cant change the themes. with o2 its stuck with a blue theme throughout. at least with the d500 you had 4 themes to choose from.
3. overall, the software and navigation seems slower to use when i compare it to my d500.
now the positives:
1. the phone feels great in your hand. smooth and solidly built, with a satisfying slide mechanism. the all black model looks great too.
2. a wide array of features, improved mp3 player, picture editing capabilities etc
3. sound quality is very good too due to 2 speakers when compared to the d500's single speaker.
4. ample memory (for my needs anyway)
i do prefer this phone to the d500 and d600. but i would have given it a higher mark out of 10 if it had changeable themes and a quicker txt system. so i give it 8/10.

You can't actually turn the sound off on the camera...a lot of companies have started doing it with the phones due to camera misuse etc..

if ur using this phone on o2 they dont support native delivery reports in order to use this, in the body section (where u write ur message) the first 3 characters should *0# followed by ur message, when u send the message u will then receive back a delivery report. magic.

no problems video etc works fine just cant change the message tone or get the dlivery reports up..but they are just small things im not particularly fussed about anyway... great phone

mine played from the beginnning..only one thing on my phone that dusnt seem to work is the delivery reports but im not really too bothered bout them anyway....would be good to change the message tone but apart from that ive not had any problems or complaints..

How can i get videos to play on the samsung z320i, i've tried converting the files to mp4 and 3gpp to no avail . It always says unsupported contents ! It's getting on my tits ! Can anyone help ? It would be appreciated !

samsung z320i seems great but i haven't received mine yet!!! its coming tomorrow hopefully!!! i hope its easy to txt with it and i hope i can put lots of songs in it!! so far i've read a lot of complaints!!! it might be because you cant work it and it is to complicated for you!!! xx

The delivery reports dont work on my phone either although they are on..not too sure what thats all about...

Hi I got this phone a while back and need help!! Does anyone know what the little 0 is for that comes up on the phone screen occasionally. It appears for a while and then just disappears!
Also can anyone tell me how I download to the mp3 player i'm not the most clued up on this kind of thing! Thanks

Hi I got this phone yesterday. I have chosen the option in message settings to receive delivery reports. Even though this is ticked, i am not receiving them. Is there anything else i need to do?

ive just upgraded from the samsung d500. when you download mp3s or videos it only lets me download 512 kb does any1 else have this problem or how do you change this?

Hi,am from belgium and i di order the phone from Holland simlock free. I like the phone very much but do have the ringtone problem to like Steve has.I set the Mp3 ringtone but it resets to the standard tones some times after aday en night,sometimes after 2a3 hours.I have tried everything,even a master reset but it didn t help. THe wake up alarm sound also resets.Nobody else but here has the problem,the shop where i buy it cald other customers with the same z320i and they did not have the same problem? Samsung helpdesk does not now what to do becouse the device is to recent and to litle is known about it? Anywon a idea? Sorry for the bad english,thanks.

hi all, just wondered if any1 could help me! does any1 know how to get a screensaver on this fone, where they time shows up when the phone is inactive? also is it possible to turn the light out when the fone is charging up as it seems to always stay on while charging, and iv tried everything 2 turn it off?!
any help would be appreciated.
