What is the price on this cell phone? How's the reception with tmobile in the usa?? hows the speaker phone? does it sound clear with the mp3 player? can you play mp3 through speaker phone? does it lag from one software to another like nokia does with their N series?

Tracey - I asked a friend to play with it and she suggested that if you fill up your sim card first, messages then automatically get saved to the phone. It's all working fine now. Good luck!
I may have found a solution to the battey problems. I had to charge mine up every 3 days when I first got the phone. I left it in the charger for a couple of days and it seems to have done the trick. It's been on 3 days and haven't lost any battery bars yet. Fingers crossed it keeps up.

sound clips can be shown with good volume !!
Update on my battery...now just on 2 bars after 3 days !!!!..things CAN get better.
LOVE this phone..dont wanna sell it or send back anymore!!!...its mega COOL !!!

Does this phone come with a speakerphone option while you call someone?
What's the audio like, I've got a w800i and I can only hear the sound if I'm in church, not good when I work in a car park and I want to show a colleague a sound clip.

Just sent back a nokia 6280 as it must have been put together with a catapult.Now got z400 and it is put together far better. It is also a lot easier to use.

I was thinking the same two weeks ago i've always had Nokias....the local mobile shops and on line reports told me that 6280 has alot of problems ( although 4 of my friends NEVER had problems !!)
Z400 is a really great phone .. .much nice looking than 6280..
only one problem Battery life is AWFUL !!!
1st charge phone lasted 6 hours
2nd charge with hardly any use 24 hours
3rd 48 hours...with bluetooth & 3g turned off and hardly ANY USE !!!
I think i'd still go for Z400 !!!

This is a message to Liz who posted a message on the 29/09/2006, did you get an answer regarding the text messages being saved to sim card?
The reason I ask is I have just upgraded and will be receiving my new Z400 in the next couple of days and it would be nice to know what you do.

Hi, I bought this phone yesterday and so far I'm loving it but I do have one problem. All my messages automatically get saved to my sim card which only holds 20 messages. How do I automatically save them onto the phone instead? Thanks in advance.

the g is supposed to be there it lets you know what network mode it is on, g means normal, and 3g means 3g obviously
the phone in the coprner with the music sign is letting you know which profile you have on, like loud, or silent or outside or things like that
