      My original post is still there. I am not sure how come you can't see it.
      I checked mobileshop.com and was not able to find the z400 without a plan. I was only able to find it under "Contract Mobile Phones". Could you mabye send me the URL at espana23@gmail.com ?

          Hi Mike,
          I can't find your original posting on here! Has it been removed for some reason? I've a feeling that the Z400 will be out on pay as you go in the UK next month so if you can't buy it in US then you'll have to order it on the internet. Are you sure there is nothing on e bay? Try the UK ebay site.

              By the way, the TV-out function I have only ever heard of being on Samsung D600, no other phone has it, and apparently it's not that useful anyway, because TV has a much higher resolution than phones, and the pics come out pixelly and blurry. i'd rather have all the other awesome features and the 3g capabilities to lose tv-out, if yoiu want somethging that takes pics and does tv out, get a nice little digital camera, this is a phone after all!

                I bought this fone today in Australia, comes in an awesome silver colour that makes it one of the classiest looking phones out there. Was gonna buy SE K800i til I saw how large it is, and the camera slide on thye back seems very flimsy too. This fone is very easy to use, great sounds and tones, lush camera (i worried about no flash but really how often do ya use ur phone cam and the led flashes are useless anyway! if SE made a slider or flip that had a high spec like this i would buy it but samsung have got my dollars instead and i am highly impressed as it is my firstg samsung phone.

                  You can get rid of the annoying keypad tones by pressing the silver button on the left hand side, it lowers the tone.

                    Try looking on e.bay. The prices have dropped a little since last month so you may get a bargain. Some UK sellers will post to America. I love my Z400, no complaints. Good luck.

                      not a bad phone but the new samsung e370 is a better handset. the screen is clearer and the battery life is alot stronger. I obtained the z400 from the link but i was faulty. I then had a replacement which was also faulty. the screen froze on the 1st occassion and the features where locked with o2. If given the choice i would always go for the samsung e370.

                        d600 has a tv-out function but no 3g whie z400 is 3g but no tv-out? it means that samsung is cheating.

                            a lot of complain about the tv-out function. samsung cheated about this feature because, they show this phone in the exhibition that there was a tv-out but then the released, no more, they remove. i don't like to be cheat.

                              to change camera recording time. go into video and then into options and you can change recording time there. I had this phone sent it back due to battery life. Charged it 1 day and it needed charging following day. Great phone though.Just needs bigger battery life.

                                to katie... guessing tv out means you can connect it to your tv and look at pictures on it, or something like that. dont exactly know... sophie

                                  can anyone pls tell me how u can add a different message tone to it (my own choice)
                                  and if one can get rid of the keypad noises

                                      Can someone please tell me why I can only record 15 seconds of video on this phone?? Even the D500 recorded for longer!!!!!
