this phones is rubbish and the falts are more a less the same as everyones eles. as for the mp3 player u cant hear it and as for the battry i always do mine when it runs out and l do no what am on about as ive had 5 off these and sent them back with same problem thank u very much !!!!!!! so who ever is thinking off getting this phone dont bother cos they are onley fit for bn

Battery life can be made 4x longer by turning off the 3G when your not using it by going to settings, conectivity,network mode and changing it from automatic to gsm 900/1800. This makes it INFININTLY BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I want to buy the z400 just want to make sure the pc studio that comes with it does every thing including sm's down loadssends via pc and and contactsphone book suncronization. the zv50 did not seem to do all the studio funtions please thanks peterl

Sound is not THAT bad, but the loudspeaker is. Put the earphones on, and the music is GREAT!

Batterylife is very good... in everyday normal use it last 5-6days. display is very bright and clear. Simpply best samsung phone ever!

i have one problem with my phone. when i try to move music from phone to memory card i lost my music from memory card and phone stop working.i have 512mb memory card. can you help me, please.

Battery life is to short and the it also gets to hot quickly and video capturing is to short.ring volume is also too low

Nice phone...but it has a lot of problems...the batery stand by it's up to 2 days...and the sound is so low...i have a nokia 6300 it's much better...try it ,u won't regret...

Very bad reception, the reception is always breaking up in areas with good signal on Nokia or other phones.The screen is awesome but the sound is poor.Nice looking is not enough for a good phone in 2007.Not recommended.

I was justwondering: when you want to send an sms , you select contacts and it asks if you would like to add recipients, is that the only way, cos it keeps on adding the same name to the contact list....is there no other way to select the numbers that you frequently use??? Please help

nice phone just way to much options to pass b4 u can actualy send a sms!! battery is useless supose thats why u recive 2 of them.

i think this is the worst phone i ever had...would recommed avoiding this phone
bad battery life...always has to be charged my old phone never had this problem.. so i doubt i am charging a battery incorrectly
extremely bad reception, the reception is always breaking up (never had that problem before with my Nokia and my husband doesnt have a recpetion problem and we are with the same service providers.... )
Also text message etc sent from other phones like business cards etc can not be received due to samsung technology not being compatible with all the other phones.... the list just keeps going on ....
PS ... glad i dropped it in the toilet ... its were it belongs... ery happy getting another phone and staying away from samsung (glorified camera and terrible phone)
