People, the feature here isn't FM radio or whether the thing makes a good cup of coffee, it's HSDPA.
With a Bluetooth-equipped laptop and the right service provider, you're doing 1.4Mbps downstream with this thing.

Ive got the aussie versoin of this - A701 - and it rocks! awesome screen and call quality and comes with a 512mb mem card in the box.. paytv over hdspa is smooth and quite clear

Can somebody tell me if there is a big difference between Bluetooth v1.2 that equips this phone and the 2.0 that almost all Sony ERicson phone have? Thx a lot if sb could answer me that question, and if there is a differnce, is it that big???

have any of you guys tried this phone in north america? i want to get it, but it doesn't have the 850 frequency. i'm just wondering if it's that big of a difference.

For me, z560 meet my requirement. With black color chasis and flip model. Looks cool when take it out for answer my call.
Full of basic function, 2 mp camera, extended memory, HSDPA 3g, it seems like cure the weakness of z540. But if there is any weakness still, can someone post here?
Really can't wait for released in market. Well i already stand-by money for buy it. hehe..
So.. hope Samsung distributor/manufacturer can know that arr.. Launch it man..

haiz... all talking about 1.3mp vs 2mp... got flash or not... battery bad... i dun care all that... i just need a phone which can surf internet fast... surf net anywhere... this hsdpa is all i need... 3.6mbps... well faster than my home broadband streamyx 1mbps... i hav subscribed to maxis 3g unlimited plan... they will be coming out wif 3.5g by end of the year... wish to get more usage on it... hsdpa phone can use on umts... just like edge n gprs... no need to swap bandwidth... as for camera i oredi got a bluetooth digicam wif 10x optical zoom plus 6mp (guess wat model is it... onli one model came up wif bluetooth function)... i can just shoot it n bluetooth transfer to my phone n send out... this is wat i need... battery is not an issue... charge every nite when u sleep... does it bothering ur time to charge it...? :P another thing ppl discussing is infrared... last time i oso wish all phone got infrared... but in the end i found it seldom use it... unless u got symbians or ppc phone which got remote control software to play wif it... if not just ignore it... some nokia oso dun hav infrared just like 6680 n n70 but luckily they got it on n73... can remote control tv liao... ^^, anyway hope every1 get this nice gadget n play wif it... waiting for it... hav a nice day to all...(",)

I don't get why people are so bothered about having a flash on a phone. Surely a phone is for calls and texts. Yeah it's great if it has extras like a camera and music players, but if you want a flash why don't you just go out and buy a camera? You'd always get better pictures with one.

Are they honestly not putting a flash on this phone? Had a look at the D830 but would still hold out for this but not if there's no flash :-( And where's some colour cases for goodness sake!

I heard from shop manager that this phone will be released around mid-Sep all around Europe. Can't wait!
