See the OnePlus 9 Pro get torn down on video
The OnePlus 9 Pro became available in most regions yesterday, and today the folks over at iFixit are ready to show you an entirely new perspective on the phone. You get to take a peek at it from the inside, in a video teardown.
So grab some popcorn and have a look - at the end you'll find out what reparability score the OnePlus 9 Pro gets. Spoiler alert: it's not great, but that's par for the course for modern smartphones after all.
The OnePlus 9 Pro is loaded with 5G antennas on the inside, and thankfully battery removal is made rather easy by the use of large pull tabs.
That helps the phone achieve its 4 out of 10 reparability score (where 10 would be the most easily repairable and 0 is the hardest to repair), and its relatively modular construction also contributes to it not receiving an even smaller score. The glued-in rear panel is a barrier to entry (which is good for water and dust protection, of course, but not so much for repair attempts), and the display requires a lot of disassembly to access.
If you're intrigued by the OnePlus 9 Pro and want to learn even more about it, don't miss our comprehensive in-depth review.

He’s saying that why the American smartphone brands always scores high in the iFixit teardown, not the OnePlus 9 Pro. Common sense mate.
