Like the others,I just want to download some ringtones and picture and I would like some help on how to do that. You know, there were no internet accessories that came with the phone. However, I have to say that the phone is simply cool.

it is a nice phone i just purchased it,but i'm having some problem.firstly is how to make use of the vodafonelive and also how to download games,sounds and pictures.i'll appreciate it if would help me out this is my no.+2348059387121.Thanks.

i have problem with internet connection
what is the requirement? i mean is anything i can buy before getting connected? or is there fee for the internet connection?

Adnan, you are not alone with this phone problem as mine behaves the same way..... I see this phone as more like an experiment and not a finished product.. please any solution is welcome

The only good thing about this phone are the looks, thats all. Sendo has been bought so ..the OTA config for wap and mms is no longer available, all the sendo products are so slow...they have HUGE soft problems, and i think the problem with the saving pictures/ messeges/ and all is a general one...It's a very worse phone ..even summed with the low price..DO NOT BUY IT

i have sendo SV663 which i have been using for like nine months now and all of a sudden i read on my screen that my phone is blocked. how do i unblock it?

i bought a sendo sv663 and all of a sudden it stopped saving pictures. Even when i try to veiw saved pictures, same does not open. It hardly receive new text messages now.To delict old messages is a problem. Please help me out.

Hi Guys, I bought this phone last two months,the screen spoit but i could not see the spare parts in the market.Sir i dont know if you can send the screen to me in Nigeria.

Last two weeks there has been a serious problem with the software of my phone. All of a sudden, it stopped saving the pictures and gave "Failed" message when I took any picture. It had lot of free memory. Later it started giving problems when I tried to view the inbox.. It showed duplicate messages.. Even it stopped saving the messages in drafts folder.. I thought perhaps I needed to free some more memory and tried to delete some existing pictures but it could not delete them also... Finally I decided to give it a master reset (Last option in Settings menu)... When i reset it, it started behaving even worse. Now it does not open the Inbox, Pictures, games, bookmarks and sound menu. Does not save any picture taken from camera. Did any of you face this problem with your phone? How did you fix it? It certainly is an error in the software of phone and apparently is related to the memory.... If anyone has any suggestion, kindly email me and let me know...Help needed

Hi guys. Please dont buy this set for several reasons;
1. The phone has such a low memory for pictures
2. after using this handset for 2 months it got blocked and i was unable to get any technical assistance even from the sendo service centre here in nairobi.
3. The features on the phone are very limited for example the games are only demo versions and when you download games from wap sites they dont have sound!!!
4. This phone has no calender or scheduler i mean how do you go aroung with it!!!
5. The technical assitance you will get if this set develops problems is very minimore if you are not in a vodafone region.
6. When you save potraits of your buddies in the phone book, you have to keep on re-saving those pictures to the contacts everytime you switch the phone off. Suppose you had 100 pictures for your contacts and everytime it goes off you have to save the pictures all over again- really annoying.
My handset is still in its box for the last six months and i lost usd $130. I had to buy a new phone. I dont think i will ever buy a sendo set again. If anyone out there has any idea about how or where i can get this set unblocked please say somthing.

Hi guys. I dont want to be unfair to sendo sv 663 but to be honest it is not a good phone. I used it for two months and it blocked itself apperently this is a vodafone phone and if you are not in a vodafone area you may not enjoy its services. Several things let me down;
1. The phone had demo games which i was unable to download from the sites recommended.
2. The phone had no infrared to share pictures etc.
3. The phone memory was too low.
4. When the phone blocked itself after master resetting it, the area sendo service told me that they have no idea as to how to deal with the problem. I want to many mobile repair shops and none were able to get the phone unblocked.

i bought this phone and i can download ringing tones on it pls if anything can be done pls do so
