The phone is a good one with many facilities but it as a lot of problem.The infrared is the major one and also the phone been easily affected by virus. Its also slow in booting in many cases here in Nigeria. I would like to advice Sendo to improve on the quality and working capability of the phone.

what do i do? my phone infrared ligth is on & it discharge my battery within 5 mins. this ligth make the phone hot within the time on.

As been seen by most people,Sendo x is a great product with much facility,but there is still a problem,The sound and picture is not clear when compared to Sony Erricsson,I will be glad if there is an improvement.

hi if u got problem of ur sendo x please update firmware latest firmware and i m giving u secrect codes for ur sendo xthere are so many secrect codes for send x but now i m give u one secret code *#7370# it is a code for ur original mobile setting mean to say original setting sftware setting if u want flash ur memory phone memory press *#7780# the code is 12345 if ur phone restart continuesly so switch off ur off then hold and press three buttons ones is green key 2nd is 0 key third is 3 hold and press these three buttons and switch on continuos hold three buttons until ur phone is on when ur phone is on realease three key then gradully power off ur phone now ur phone is ok and turn it on and engoy if u got any sort of problem about sendo x please call me or email me suno_na_please@yahoo.com

hi who said phone is slow or bad dont say next time u donot know how to use it all features are avilable in it than others it is better than nokia phones if u have got problem i have latest firmware and softwares for sendo x if u need help so call me or email me suno_na_please@yahoo.com

sorry for my late respond,u sed if d infra red was soft wear or physical? the answer to ur qust is that the infra red is gaining some excaped current from the set so u just have to remove it so that current will not be consumed by that light, it is manufactural error, so just go to www.sendosmartphones.com and download the dis mantling gaud to aid u in getting to the infrared light itself[my mail sunnydaysallways@yahoo.com in case u want some more addvice.

No doubt it’s a nice phone with Lots of features but I m facing Battery problem & I think this problem is not ignorable because 5 hrs Standby timing & 12 hrs Charging time its enough for Rejection. One another thing there is red/purple light Glowing in infrared. Please I want response….

i've had this phone for 2 weeks now,it's great!
for the prize there is no better one on the market!In macedonia this phone costs 150eur.

Hi,
I just bought the Sendo x and it quite cool but the only thing is that the battery burn off quickly and always hot and somebody told me that if i can remove the infared it will be ok... but i dnt want to do anything that will damage the phone and what do i do? though the friend who advised me also did the same to his own and it is working perfectly... I think you have to do something to this issue becauseit is making the phone to looose market here in Nigeria, taking to the fact that SENDO phone products is just gaining market here and it wouldnt be nice to start on this bad begining..... I am waiting for your reply please.
then how do i make the music i received via bluetooth my defauit ringing tone, and the picture my saverscreen or wallpaper.............waitng for your kind reply....Thanks

I bought sendo X00 and i like it very well, but now it's has been given me problem like the network will disappear, if i on it, it will take about 5mins b/4 it will come up. i'm tired of it now what should i do to enjoy my sendo X00. thanks

I must say this is the most smartphone i have ever handle. but my problem now is ,how to connect it to GPRS and MMS.and the infrared is not working at all.. The most of it all is ,what are the things i need to connect it to my PC? somebody pls ...

I must confess that i love your phone ( sendo x) so much that i had to go buy another when the one i was using developed a fault.I need a solution to the problem: I put the camera on and i activated the flashlight bcos it was dark and immediately i took the snapshot, the phone went off and never came on again. Sir i've tried to fix it to no avail, pls i need help as i've gone to buy another. I think the phone is great, keep up the good work. My number is +2348059275541
