just that the infra red of the first kind produced does not work but bluetooth is working

The phone is too nice but they should make d x2 better they should test all d features very well.

My Sendo X phone has an infrared light problem, the infrared light came up on its own an as refused to go off from the second day of purchase and this usually cause my battary to run down quickly within 30min of power on. I need a solution, pls help. Thanks seyi.

apart from the infared that is not working, i think Sendo X is worth more. but why sendo theme alone? why cant i ve different theme to suite my mood? even when i try to use the USB cable to download themes, the phone reject it. every other feature is good but pls improve on any latest verson.

My sendo x cannot power on after fireware update.
How do i resolve it. can i revert to old firmware.

my nane is Oghai Emmanuel From nigeria.i bought sendo x close tooa month now, the features are so wonderful compare to the price but the only problem that i have with it is the dragging aspect of the video feature.please i would like to be advised on how to solve this problem and there is no way to solve the problem, please this should be corrected in sendo x 2. thanks oghai emmanuel from nigeria

Sendo...What?... 'X'. I guess dat means dey shuld 'x' d fone. Was using a SE K700 & left for d 'x'. At first everything was aight, so afterwards problems showed up. From inability to access menu, IR bugs, hanging of fone, low standby time even after charging 4 several hours (not caribbe), charging port problem (couldnt get a place to fix it. Cant name all. Finally left it for a nokia 6600. Peace

for those with memory problem
formating the sendo x phone to resolve the problem. take care
how to format the phone
1. switch off the phone
2. hold down the 5 key on the phone and without releasing it
3. power on the phone
4. select the accept key by the left of the screen
5. allow the format to finish and it shold work

the phone is a nice one interms of aesthetics and design. though it has many flaws and makes a customer frustrated. I suggest that the makers recall it from the market to rectify the common faults like the infrared and power problems. I ve known the sendo brands to be reliable and they still can.

Hi, I am Chukwumereije from Nigeria. I bought a Sendo X phone recently and I've got some problems with it. One, the infra red wont work and recently, it developed a 'hanging' problem. After starting the phone, it will just hang as in nothing works again. It coplained of the memory being full and after that it developed this problem. How do I come out of this. Thanks

I have the same problem as you.My PC cannot connet the phone through the USB cable, either. But it can be done in the shop where I bought it.
I've got confused. How can you deal with it?

im finding it very dificult to connect my sendo x phone to my system through the USB cable, after installing the software to my system the mrouter is still unable to detect the device. already i was told by someone that the ir is not working before i purchased but i thougt i could transfer files through the usb or the bluethoot which i ve not been finding easy. pls advise me on what to do.

Help, my sisters phone is fully charged yet when you open the phone it does not show any of the menu functions although you can still dial out and receive calls. Any advice on this one????

before ilike this phone but God saved me by dont let me rush to it because my friend who bought it discourage me the phone went off when he was receiving calls after 3 days he bought it and i didin,t on again i now use my money to buy motorola c975 compare to sendox c975 is a great phone
