Sennheiser launches Accentum Plus wireless headphones in India
Sennheiser has launched its Accentum series of headphones in India, starting with the flagship Accentum Plus model.
The Accentum Plus are a pair of full-sized headphones with a soft touch finish that comes in two colors, black and a white with beige accents. The yokes feature a concealed design for length adjustment and the outer surface of the earcups is touch sensitive for gestures. The headphones can fold flat for carrying and a protective zip storage case is provided.
The headphones have large 37mm dynamic drivers. They support Bluetooth 5.2 along with codecs like aptX Adaptive. The headphones also include active noise cancellation with a transparency mode. The Smart Control app lets you adjust the sound to your liking with a custom 5-band EQ. Multipoint connectivity automatically switches from multiple paired devices.
Sennheiser claims the Accentum Plus have 50 hours of battery life with ANC enabled. The headphones can also go for as long as 5 hours after just a 10 minute charge from flat. The headphones support audio over USB so you can just plug in the provided USB-C cable and charge the headphones while also using audio and microphone functionality.
The Sennheiser Accentum Plus are priced at INR 15,990 and will be available on Sennheiser's website and Amazon India starting February 14. Customers who pre-book get an INR 1000 discount.
Update: Sennheiser has also launched the non-Plus Accentum Wireless in India for INR 11,990.

A lot of people in India are buying 1000xm4/5s, momentum 4s and bose 700s. This may fail because people may not even consider it. They will either go for value for money TWS or straight to top of the line stuff.
