i had a huge problem with it when i switch it in 3g mode i cant received any incoming calls or messages and when i switch back its hard too contact me too im using the xsim how u know if its full charge?

yup, you can use it in the philippines, just use xsim/usim so your phone will read the simcard from the philippines (globe/smart/sun/etc)
