for the MEP code you have to call your local vodafone operater or an unlockingshop to get it... each phone has different MEP code...

well, heres how you put the code in if you already have the code...
With your Vodafone simcard inside the phone type this code: *01763*6371#
Now press the menu button.
Scroll to "Settings" and press SELECT
Scroll to "Security" and press SELECT.
Scroll to "Mep locks" and press SELECT
Enter your handset code (9999 is the default code) .and press OK.
Scroll to "Network" and press SELECT
Scroll to "Deactivate"and press SELECT
Enter your given code and press OK.
The handset should then say Done.
Your phone is then unlocked and the MEP Locks section dissapears.
Hope this helps.

i've had one of these phones, its great apart from recieving anything via bluetooth and mp3 music tones can't be used as ringtones. The pictures are great, video not bad. my opinion it would get 5/10
