Hello I have a problem my aquos sense 5G's screen just stopped functioning it shows line of colours but the screen isn't broken at all

I have that kind of phone, but I meet the problem, now I can't listen music,or watching any video from online even in device, also I can't make a call, I can't record video I don't know what is wrong. When I triy to do so I find the answer " we can't play or there is something went wrong we are working to fix it" but nothing continue till today it just a week now, what is a problem(s)?

Go to simcard tool kit app and clear its data,but still the sim not detected and frequent rebooting won't go away

I'm gonna replace it with 4xl iA
I had a remove card notification problem
Unable to detect sim & sdcard
For sim I cleared the simtoolkit
& volla detected again

This is the worst phone I have ever used I am going to summarize it in to summarize it in a few words
The battery life is terrible for gaming it barely last up to 5 hours
The frame rate drops as the phone gets more hot
The camera takes ages to open it captures decent photos but it oversaturates them
The phone is terrible in the face ID aspect you can't use touch while trying to open your phone using face ID
The phone is just terrible and I hope it aqous can do something about it

This phone is the worst phone I have ever used
1.The the battery life iS terrible terrible for gaming it barely last 5 hours
2.the phone gets hot easily

Mine just shutdown and never startup again, i try to get i to the maintanance they say it's battery and screen dies at the same time. I'm using Sharp Aquou 5G
