I Know the phone is extremely old but i still have one in my drawer, i'm in South Africa and i brought this phone from the UK but it is locked to Vodaphone. How can i unlock so that i can use SA mobile networks. Please help.

Anyone know how to get od games made for the GX10 & GX10i such as BombJack, Ikari Warriors, 1945 and so on. Are they available on CD. Please help if you can point me to sources. Thanks.

i still have this phone and use it regularly. simple to use and reliable. AND the phone AND the battery (the original) have "made in Japan" on them...maybe that´s why it´s lasted so long?

Dear All,
I found that many person had problem with infrared port. It can use only modem function. If you want to transfer any data ,please use data link cable.
I don't have modem driver. i download from Sharp website but can't use.
Anyone can send me sharp GX 10i driver or not?

I use this phone about a few years and it works fine, although I dropped it 5 times :]
Pro: massive, good product quality, nice display, simple menu, good midi sound, usb cable, numerous features for a low price.
Con: thick, heavy, faint sound, weak camera, low memory.
I just use for calling, receiving calls, sms, alarm clock, calculator, calendar, sometimes taking a shot.
I uploaded the software that I use to transfer images between my phone and my pc to a filehost.
