I owned this phone a few years back. It was fine, but sluggish and battery was very short-living. Turns out, the Google Services were eating up a lot of system resources. I made this phone into a media phone eventually and disabled all unneeded background tasks, like Gmail and Play Store, which dramatically extended the battery life and performance.
Tl;dr: if you're just using it as a basic device, disable unnecessary things.

Am it was hit by a stone after it fell so the hind glass is broken and i don't know where i can fix the cracks but its working other thing it bothers me much it can't go by itself when having cellular data but by wlan it works whats wrong need yo help

Well there ya go it drains battery fast and heats up... V-V (not a bad phone, just not the best for your use case which is games? I had a phone with similar chip from Huawei and it also had issues when gaming, tough normal use was fine... O_O;)

I bought sharp mobile phone for my daughter now she iis saying that the phone is so hot on the top of the back of the phone and the battery less only for 3hours hello its brand new phone when i bought it .

The only good thing of this phone is front camera & build up mic (smulean, ktv addict will love its build up mic)
Here what i found with sharp MS1
1. Ghost touch when u charging, sometimes the phone touchscreen do "ghost touch"
2. Less responsive touchscreen when charging
3. I cant rotate screen by 180'
4. Every sim card changes, i need to restart
5. Heat faster
6. Low battery capacity

I am a brand new user of this sharp M1, could you guys please tell me regarding the update OS Android for this phone? upgradable to android 7 or not

Looks like in Indonesia its name is SHARP M1. I just bought it. As long as I know, there is no gesture feature so if we want to activate screen, we have to press the power button. Overall this is a good phone, smooth operation, have a good camera, and elegant desain. The one and only con is battery capacity, I have to charge the phone twice daily.

because MEDIATEK is china made so dont compare it to snapdragon phones or else.even if you dont feel any difference beleave me there are lot of theme if you are very familiar with phones.

Come on Sharp...for a company with a great reputation such as yours to come out with such a mediocre product is not good enough. 155mm tall for a 5.5 inch phone is a joke my elephone P9000 is 148mm 5.5 inch.
Wake up Sharp the Chinese are kicking your butt.
