@Unknown: You know that you can also download pictures and screen savers and with flexible memory you'd have lots of space to save them. Or try C45 it has no flex memory but you can change cover like the Nokia handies .........

ok but flexible memory is good for business men , for people who need lots of space to put enough e-mail adresses or phone nubers for the people who does'nt need much (teenagers like me , i am 16) panasonic is an ideal phone for an ideal price which is going to be between the price of panasonic gd35 and the one of panasonic gd95 so i can say that isn't expensive a lot compared to a nokia ... i'll say that siemens is good for workers and the designs are not extrordinary i just like the siemens s45 with the blue backlight you can see it in this page : http://home.t-online.de/home/Hans-Georg.Hoesl/S45blau1.jpg

Mhh, I found out that for me in Austria it is 3 times higher than a SMS. Okay, this is an argument. And I also noticed that S45 doesn't have all EMS functions implemented :-(. But I still think S45 is better than GD75 because it has flex memory where you can decide for which function to use it.

you know ems is six times more expensive than a normal sms if you knew that you'll not say that i mean fore this price anybody is going to use ems

@Unknown: Why do you ask this on the S45 page ? Anyway: Panasonic GD75 shouldn't be compared with S45, more with C45.
Although GD75 doesn't seem to be a "looser" I miss 2 features: GPRS and EMS. EMS will be important in the nearer future so I wouldn't recommend GD75....

Please help me!!! Alvast bedankt!!

As far as I know - and I've looked into the matter - any problems with the S45 have now been resolved. It's a great little phone and I recommend anyone to buy it - unless they are happy to wait for the Ericsson T68.

Hello, i`m interested on buying the new S45, but I heard that the integred antena and the receiver doesn`t work well I would like to know if this statements are correct or not, because when the S35 arrived people were saying the same things, but I was impressed, because the receiver and the phone were working with no problems.
Can any new owner of the S45 help me, thanks.

Hmm yeah SL45 has MP3, like 5 minutes of it, plus it drains your battery, and the SL45 has an ugly antenna. Something that Ericsson has also yet to learn to remove...
I bought an S45 3 days ago and I love it, you get a datacable so no more searching the web for ringtones or logo's. I used to be a real Nokia-fan; but eversince everyone is buying a Nokia here in Holland there are 2 reasons for me not to:
                                1. everybody has the same phone after a while
                                2. nokia is charging absolutely rediculous prices for it's phones. Take the 8310 for example. Around here it will cost 600 Euro, and whatfor? An FM Radio? hahaha; nokia think they're funny right?

Battery times are incorrect on this site, actually they are like following:

ME45: Stand-by time (with standard battery)60-300 hrs, Talk time (with standard battery) 100-300 min

S45: Stand-by time (with standard battery) up to 300 h, Talk time (with standard battery) up to 6 h

Also, S45 supports picture messaging while ME45 doesn't.
