as Iam one of those used to use only siemens phones, I am confident and sure this product is most advanced and every one is in need to have it.even poor pepole like me wish to gain it and replace thier currunet one .good luck and more forward to best tech.that satisfy the pepole around the globe as an evedance during my last trip to Morooco I found the pepole are rushing to get siemens phones like life medicinethat is esential to survive.

What are you guys talking about the problems with the battery??? NO idea...and i haveto say that this fone is awesome the amount of feautures that this handset incorporates is magnificent. it is much better that the Ericsson T68, Nokia 8310.. and i have owned these fones..the SL45 simply outclasses both..
i know what you might be thinking that i am Siemnes advertiser but am NOT!! finally the only problems i have had is the REPEAT function on the Mp3 player and i cant seem to add some songs to the playlist successfully.. Any suggestions? please E-mail me!
Finally i have heard that a 64Mb MMC can be purchased!!!
E-mail me for some feedback and news...

This's truly a great cellphone. However, the attached battery is quite weak. I gotta buy a spare one of 1000 mAh.

Hmm...let's see now: rubber keys PEEL off, plastic painted ones WEAR off... why don't u get a dictionary and then star arguing about your "marvelous little phone" to which u must be making love, if u think so high of it! And why should I buy another MMC?! Isn't the phone's price high enough already?! Come to think of it, they should have put a 64MB one instead of this 32MB "hi-tech" cracker they call MMC! there u have it!

PHONE DOES NO HANG WITH GOOD FIRMWARE, ALL THE FIRMWARES "NOW" ARE FINE !!! keys .... ?? WHAT ?? not a single problem !!
Its not rubber !! It doesnt wair out !!
MMC can be a problem ... Got a new one ... Not one problem in 2 months !!!
The old one would give lotsa problems, make sure you odnt get a faulty one !

Maybe u should check out the opinio board on Siemens S/ME45 dude... I don't know what discount u get for those phones (if I was to get them at 20% and had access to B2B-like support I'd be damn happy about them, even if they worked on smoke signals!)... Till then, try explaining us, those whose SL45-s hang, keys wear off, MMC get formatted how good and wonderful it is, and we'll shove it to you!

Guys This phone is great,I work for a mobile phone dealer, I sell this and many other phones, this is my personal phone of choice, yes it does have some down falls, namely that it can be slow to transfer MP3's and reading and sending SMS can be a bit of a pain sometimes. But I have to say there are many excellent features, the voice recorder, the phone book, calender and the list goes on. Siemens when compared to nokia have less problems and better warrenty service. Oh and in case you are wondering the phone I own is the SL45 and I also have the ME45, but that is another story

...did I mention that it suffers from narcolepsia (namely it turns itself off and dozes untill - to your big surprise - u find the 300$ sleeping in your phone-holster)?

Well, the cute, adorable little sweetheart gets frozen-stuck, the SMS writting/reading is as fast as a slug on drugs, the data transfer competes with the Galapagos turtles...what can I say, Animal Planet lovers, go ahead and buy it! u'll find plenty of resemblances with the dumbest/slowest.most annoying creatures on Earth!
