Nice phone, not very loud ringtones but its good! The nasty thing about it is this - if your jog-dial fails the phone turns to trash! Any way, it took a year to fail, but now the phone is unusable

this is a great mobilephone. My fiancy gifted me. unfortunately its cassing was dammaged in an accident. I search a lot for its cassing but in pakistan it is not available. I will be very very thankful if u send me its cassing as it is my beloved gift and i love it too much. I can pay for it.

I have the sony cmd j70 for almost two years and I can tell that it is a good phone. The battery is really excellent!
There are some flaws though: you cannot activate the ringtones and the vibration function at the same time, plus they're both pretty weak. The polyphonic ringtones aren't easy to hear when the phone is in your pocket or something.
The vibration function is also not very strong and when you're busy, you will not feel it.
Otherwise this is a good phone, good value for money (except these two shortcomings)

I've used a Sony CMDJ70 for well over a year now and I've had little or no problems with it. Wonderful battery life, lovely poly ring tones, easily synchronises with my email - In fact I'll recommend this phone for anyone. The only flaws it has.
(1) A few times I receive an SMS there'll be nothing on it but . I'll loose that very message, especially from nokia phones.
(2) It doesnt Vibrate and ring at the same time
(3) You can't tell the number of times you missed a call from one caller
(4) You can't check the amount of time spent on calls made or received.
Besides these issues, I'll say thi is the best cell phone EVER!!!
