Lousy ringtone volime. Who would want a phone that 'whispers' instead of ringing out????

      i find this phone a very nice phone..the problems a few which are that you cannot download ringtones ( why ??), plus when some friends send text messages i get a blank screen with just the word " DATA " writen on it and i loose the text that was sent ( v annoying ).. also why can such a good phone only store 10 text messages, havent we moved on from that?
      other than that i like my phone ... but i think i will be changing because of these problems... regards jay

          First I saw it, i'm falling in love with the design. But after a few week i bought it, i make a mistake because i didn't sell it when i got the first error --- hang! hang! hang! And now I can not use this phone (after a year and a month). And the warranty is out of date. Sure the feature is quite great, but there is a distortion in sound recording and ringtone. My suggestion: sell it b4 too late.

              I would want to have one but can't find it in the market. Where can I find it in Nairobi or when do presume they will be back in the mkt.

                Maby some body can tell me how to download ringtones to my tel., is it posible enter ring tone withaut cabel. I am waiting fo ansver, thanks.

                  I am using this fone for the past few months. Sony CMD J70 is a wonderfull mobile equipment, serves the purpose. The only glitch is that the ringer volume is too low. If u r looking for a fone that is handy, robotic design, polyphonic tones, different (jog dial) then go for it...Sony CMD J70.

                      This Sony does not have the vibrating batt. It is intergrated in to the phone but the vibration is not so strong.

                        To program quick dial for this Sony, you must rearrange the order of the entries. For example, the entry "My Wife" occupy the 5th memory location, then its quick dial should be number 5.

                        By the way, I like the way this phone manages its phone book. Other features are normal.
