Sony CMD J70 - User opinions and reviews

The J70 is simply the best phone. Previouslly I owned Nokia 6110, 7110, 8210 and 6210. The J70 have a better menu by far! A big "-" for the ringtones and the vibra alert options. The phone is ringind/vibrating to discred! But the whole pacage was worthed! For Romania the price for a new terminal is around 160 USD.

Need HELP!
I have Nokia 6210 and I wonder for buying new J70. Anyone can give me advice?
My 6210 can stores up to 500 contacts (3 numbers+2 text fiels for each contact), how's about J70? Does data cable (for transfering ringtones/wallpaper)include in the package? How many memo/reminder (events) can be stored in J70 Organiser?

this is a kewl fone but does anyone know how to lock the keypad so it doesnt dial numbers while in your pocket, also when i receive a large txt message it does show me the text as its too big for it too handle just states >DATA> on the screen, does this happen to any1 else??

The phone is great ive got one but whatever you do do NOT take it to the beach becasue when sand gets in the swith it fucks it up and it donst work

Unfortunately, wallpapers are ringtones cannot be sent via SMS like Nokia/Samsung/Sagem..etc. Therefore, a cable & and a software suite are necessary.Sony sells 2 types of cables : Serial (QN-3RS) and USB (QN-3USB). Both are expensive, and the USB cable doesn't work correctly under all operating systems. You should only buy it if your system has no serial port like most Sony laptops. BUG:after entering datas (numbers, settings for a few mins, suddenly all sounds gone (incl. incoming call rings)..i hav to switch off and on again..anybody can explain about this? the rest is ok! im quite proud of it!! pls email me site which can download wallpaper/tone..thks!
