Got the phone 4 months back. More of a cam than a phone. Stunning clarity of pic. Not available in India yet. If it is available it will kickass other phones.

any idea how to backup applications on C901 coz i will update to new firmware..are this material protected by DRM? will this be erased after installing my new firmware?.thanks for any info..

Thanks a lot for that info..could you help me out how to update my firmware pls.coz when i tried to follow the steps in the update service..i cant go thru the next step when i plug my USB end press C, my cel switch on and indicates ready for mass storage.and i cant get to the next step,any opinion?

Amith, 21 Mar 2010when i delete a photo from c901,the screen gets blurred fo... moreyup its not problem...if u look at laptop or pc the picture very nice not blurrrr..always adjust brightness to get a nice picture...always play with setting to get a better picture...

i have the same problem with auto focus blurring, this happens on dark conditions, and i don't know if this is normal or not, as long as it doesn't affect the picture quality, its ok

when i delete a photo from c901,the screen gets blurred for a while and then gets normal after deletion.when i take pictures also, it gets blurred during autofocus .have anybody experienced this.kindly reply.

june, 15 Mar 2010the camera light on side comes on itself and then it turns ... moreIt is always a good idea to have the phone checked at a nearby repair center. Unless you are too lazy to do so. Not all phones come out perfect. Some WILL have defects. It's only normal. Remember, they manufacture a lot of these to keep up with demand. Also, 6 months? You can still have that replaced. I know I can. I had to replace my C510 back last year for a defect.

deranged, 12 Mar 2010hi..sometimes when you download things from the net it can ... moreC901 is not an os phone...it doesnt have operation system on it..so the virusz not affected at c901..virusz is affected at smartphone only

pollphone, 27 Feb 2010hi guys, there was nothing to tell ya but last three night,... morei read somewhere that if you wet your phone (drop it in the water or washing machine ;) ) you can put it in a basin of uncooked rice (cover the whole fone and i think you have to open your fone up so all surfaces are exposed).....it apparently extracts water from the fone..havent tried it myself but you can try... :)

azfa, 10 Feb 2010i ve already update my firmware but this fone keep restart.... morehi..sometimes when you download things from the net it can affect your phone like it can affect computers.this is because your phone has an operating system and viruses can affect it....so your restarting might be as a result of that...you could try and give it to your phone dealer to flush your system :)

To all those who are looking for a good all-rounder phone.
The C901 simply gives the best bang out of your buck! Excellent camera (Cybershot, why else?) and audio (Comparable to Walkman phones).

K810, c901, satio are great
